About Us
The Short Stay Company was founded by three sisters Karen, Nicky and Kirsty. We grew up together in Yorkshire and are passionate about travelling, seeing the world and staying in gorgeous accommodation. We want to share our love of travel, local knowledge, and Yorkshire and Andalusian hospitality with you.
At the Short Stay Company, all our properties meet the quality we expect when we travel ourselves to offer you that home from home experience we love. We own and manage all our properties, all of which have been beautifully renovated and furnished.
Karen has over 25 years of travel industry experience, so when it comes to knowing what’s what, she is the go-to sister! Plus both Karen and Kirsty are from Harrogate, so they know Yorkshire inside and out. Nicky lives in the somewhat sunnier, but equally beautiful Marbella and owns her own wine tour company Rootz providing unforgettable wine tours in the heart of Andalucia.
