Magnolia House, an exquisite 4-bedroom Victorian property spread across three floors, offers accommodation in two beautifully renovated apartments: the Olive Suite and the Stanley Suite accommodating up to 9 people. Each suite seamlessly combines modern comforts with the classic Victorian style and can be rented individually or as a whole house. Located in the Harlow Hill area of Harrogate, it serves as an ideal base for guests to explore the town and its surroundings.

A short walk away lies the vibrant Cold Bath Road, featuring numerous independent shops, chic pavement cafes, and restaurants. RHS Harlow Carr Gardens and its famous Betty’s café are just a leisurely stroll away, while the picturesque Pinewoods offer scenic walks nearby.

Harrogate town centre is a mere 20-minute walk, and the house is conveniently located just a minute from a bus stop, providing easy access to Harrogate and beyond. Harlow Hill boasts a range of local amenities, including grocery stores, pubs, and eateries.

Magnolia House is within easy walking distance of Harrogate Grammar School, Ashville College, and Rossett School, with the business centres of Cardale Park and Beckwithshaw Knowle nearby. The Royal Hall and Harrogate Convention Centre are reachable within a 25-minute walk. Whether visiting for business, pleasure, or between house moves, this property is an ideal choice for short or longer stays.

Sleeping Arrangements

The property offers four stylish and generously sized bedrooms. There is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a king-sized bed and adjacent shower room and separate toilet and a single sofa bed in the lounge. The elegant master suite is located on the first floor, with its luxurious king-sized bed and modern ensuite shower room. There are a further two beautifully furnished large bedrooms on the second floor, one with twin beds and the other with a deluxe super king-sized bed.

Interior

Magnolia House boasts two spacious and stunning lounges, one located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both offering a cosy yet elegant and restful space for relaxation and socialising. There are two modern and stylish kitchens, one on the ground floor with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, free standing electric oven and hob and the other on the first floor with top of the range integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob.

The house bathroom located on the first floor offers a tropical sanctuary with a spacious shower, marble tiled floors, and gold accessories. There is another modern shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor as well as an additional toilet in the cloakroom situated on the first floor. Magnolia House is elegantly furnished throughout and provides guests home from home luxury accommodation.

Exterior

The main entrance to Magnolia House is at the front of the property via an elegant Victorian hallway with wooden floors and panelling. There is also access via the back of the property where there is a beautiful, enclosed garden with an outdoor seating area. Free on-street parking is available to the side and rear of the property.

The Olive Suite apartment isn’t suitable for dogs; however, 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at The Stanley Suite located on the ground floor of Magnolia House.

We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing outdoor shoes while inside The Olive Suite. This policy ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
