Yes, in low & mid-season, we offer 3 or 4 nights minimum stays. In high season we generally ask for 7 days minimum stay and in Staithes we also operate a Saturday to Saturday changeover during the summer holiday period.
We accept one well behaved dog in our one-bedroom properties and up to two in our larger properties, for a small charge of £20 per stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Spanish properties.
We are unable to accept dogs in The Olive Suite at Magnolia House, but up to two well behaved dogs are welcome in The Stanley Suite which is also located in Magnolia House.
All properties are family friendly, but we would recommend for greater comfort that you choose one of our larger properties. Our one-bedroom apartments in Harrogate do have a sofa bed in the lounge, so could accommodate a family of 3. Highchairs are available on request, and you are welcome to bring your own travel cot and bedding. All first and second floor windows at Ravenscraig House have child safety locks. Children must not be left unattended on the balconies/terraces.
Check-in time is usually from between 4pm and 9pm and on the day of arrival and we ask that you leave your holiday home no later than 10am on the day of your departure as our cleaners will arrive promptly to prepare for our next guests. Requests for an early check-in/later check-out may be accommodated where possible.
Bathroom towels, all bed linen, electricity, heating, tea towels, dish clothes, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (where applicable), liquid hand soap, hair dryer, toilet roll, kitchen roll, coffee, tea and sugar. Please bring beach towels if you plan to relax on the beach.

No, all utilities are included.
No, the properties do not have a telephone and you should be aware that, mobile phone network signal in Staithes is very poor. If you have a Wi-Fi calling facility on your phone and with your network provider, calls can be made and received using this functionality.
Sorry all our properties are strictly non-smoking.
We ask all guests to leave the properties as clean and tidy as possible on departure. Please ensure that any dishwashers are emptied, all pots and pans have been cleaned and put away, food removed from the fridge/freezer and any rubbish put in the external bins.
With the exception of Ravenscraig House, free parking for at least one vehicle is included. Please see individual property information for more details.
Ravenscraig House doesn’t have any parking, however there is a loading bay directly outside to the cottage which can be used when loading and unloading your bags. There is a choice of three car parks. Credit card/debit card payments are available, and generally you can pay for up to 7 days at once. If you wish to pay cash, please remember to bring enough coins.
Parking is free of charge between 1st Nov and 28th February at the Scarborough Council Bank Top Car park and between 6pm-9am from 1st March to 31st October. Daytime charges between 1st March and 31st October are approx. £6 for 24 hours, but these tickets are transferable to other Council operated car parks between Filey and Staithes.
Additional parking is available at the privately-owned car park adjacent to the council car park at Staithes Bank Top, but please note that there is a charge year-round.
Glen Vale Car Park is another privately owned car park, at the top of the hill, but is a slightly shorter walk than the rest.

We request a 25% deposit at the time of booking and that the balance is paid, together with a refundable security deposit, 8 weeks before the arrival date.
We recommend that our guests take out relevant travel insurance to cover your stay, however, if you are unable to stay with us due to government Covid restrictions, we will offer you credit towards a future stay. See Booking Terms & Conditions for further details.
